If you wish to allow us to use your CV for the purposes of future recruitments conducted at SPLINE, which involves adding your data to our database of candidates for work/participation in projects initiated by SPLINE, please include the following consent in your CV: Based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR, I voluntarily consent to the use of data from the submitted recruitment documents for the purposes of future recruitments conducted at SPLINE Sp. z o.o. and adding them to the database of candidates until this consent is withdrawn. At the same time, I declare that I have read all the information located at: www.spline.pl/rodo and accept their content IMPORTANT! At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of their withdrawal. Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. Data obtained on the basis of consent (art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR) will be processed until this consent is withdrawn. Access to your data is granted to: authorized employees/associates of SPLINE, employees of an external entity responsible for HR/accounting matters; owners of the Company, external companies operating SPLINE online platforms in justified cases (which are always clearly described) contractors of SPLINE for whom a given recruitment project is conducted, including contractors based outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Great Britain). If we obtained your data from another entity/person or from publicly available sources, in such a case you will be additionally informed of this fact and of: the scope of data obtained in this way, the specific source of the data. The above situation may occur, for example, when your data is provided to us by: your friends/family, currently employed employees.
